Shipping is now free for all retail orders placed online and shipped by "UPS Ground" or "USPS Mail" shipped within the United States.
A $4.50 Handling charge will be applied to all orders.
No matter how much your order costs or how much it weighs we pay the shipping, you never pay more than the $4.50 handling fee.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, a return authorization number must be issued before any return. Except is cases of defect or our shipping error, which must be reported within 10 days, a nominal restocking charge of 10% of the cost of goods is applied with a $2.50 minimum.

Returns can not be accepted on Cut Fabrics, Trims, Cords, Special Order Items, Curtains, Table Cloths and Dated Materials such as Catalogs, Calendars etc.

Security:
There are several ways you can verify we're protecting your data through SSL. On the order page that is requesting your credit card number, notice that the URL, or Internet location, starts with "https://" versus the normal "http://." The "s" after http stands for secure. Prior to making an order on the internet make sure that the URL starts with "https://" prior to entering your credit card information. You will notice that not all pages within our site use the secure protocol. This is because there is no reason for most pages to be encrypted because they do not ask for sensitive information. Your browser will indicate when you are using SSL through the symbols in the lower status bar. Internet Explorer andNetscape 4.0 (and higher) shows a locked padlock. Earlier versions of Netscape indicate SSL by showing a completed (i.e. Not broken) key.
